Gas or Electric.....a home deal killer

A funny thing happened to me with set of clients the other day. We had looked at a few houses and finally found one that checked all the boxes.......except one. The house did not have a gas range and it wasnt available without a significant remodel. Surely they could look past this one small detail and see al the benefits of this very upgraded home. Guess what. Nope. Not having a gas range or the ability to add one was a deal breaker and one that I was blindsided with. Just something to think about when showing homes to your clients.
