David Diamond brings a rare combination of deep Texas roots, proven sales expertise, and a genuinely global perspective to the real estate market. A long-time Houston resident, David launched his real estate career in 2016 and quickly distinguished himself — earning and maintaining Top Producer status throughout his tenure at his boutique Heights firm.

In 2022, David and his family made a bold pivot: relocating to Switzerland for his wife's career, where they immersed themselves in European life — snowboarding the Alps, hiking across the continent, and exploring destinations that were always on the bucket list and some that should have been. The experience was transformative both personally and professionally. Navigating the relocation process twice in three years gave David an intimate, firsthand understanding of what clients face when moving their lives across the world — the logistics, the emotional weight, and the details that make all the difference. That experience now informs how he supports every client in transition.

A natural storyteller with a background in sales and marketing, David is no stranger to the spotlight. In 2023, he appeared on the Christmas episode of House Hunters International — an entertaining behind-the-scenes look at one of television's most beloved real estate formats. Whether on screen or across the negotiating table, David brings warmth, wit, and a disarming authenticity to every interaction.

Now partnered with Sotheby's International Realty, David serves clients across the Houston market with the same care and commitment he has brought to every chapter of his career. His background spans luxury residential, first-time buyers, and relocation clients — and his personal experience living abroad makes him a uniquely empathetic guide for families navigating major life moves.

When he is not working, you will find David hiking the trails with his dogs, managing his ranch in College Station — a passion since 1991 — and spending time with his wife of more than twenty years and their two teenagers. For David Diamond, real estate has always been about more than property. It is about helping people find where they belong.
