In 2014, Chaundra took a bold leap of faith and relocated to Houston, Texas, where she has since flourished, establishing a thriving commercial real estate business. Her achievements led to her current role as the Commercial Managing Director for KW Commercial/Keller Williams Clear Lake. She also serves as KW Commercial's Regional Ambassador for South Texas. Among her notable accolades, Chaundra holds the title of Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation.
