Alicia Elatassi is a proud native of Northside, Houston, Texas. She discovered her calling in real estate during the uncertain times of the pandemic. The shifting landscape of the world created clarity in her vision for a future in real estate. She began her career by partnering up with her husband, Rusk, both working alongside other partners to locate distressed properties that needed extra love and attention. Consequently, those properties became investments that led to the development of build-to-rent homes. In time, as a realtor, she assisted other individuals in purchasing and selling.   
With the experience of a smart investor, her expertise lies in discovering unpolished gems, refining them to near perfection, and presenting them to buyers who seek to build long-lasting wealth.

Beyond her thriving career, Alicia dedicates time to inspiring women through insightful commentary on her Señora Pulse Podcast. She's a longtime professor of Bilingual Education and mom of two adult boys.  A lovely night consists of wine, conversation, and books.
