Background

Before real estate, Alfie worked in Hong Kong banking across credit, due diligence, KYC reviews, and SME banking. He and his wife also operated businesses in Hong Kong and Mexico City. After moving to Houston, he worked as a mover while completing 180 hours of Texas real estate coursework. He and his wife have bought and managed their own properties, including their first home, a rental property, and a new-construction investment property in Tomball.

How Alfie Works

A home is never just a transaction. Alfie helps clients understand property taxes, HOA structures, MUD districts, Texas contracts, and ownership costs. Before recommending a direction, he asks: What do we know? What are we assuming? What options exist? What are the real tradeoffs? He does not pressure clients to make quick decisions.
