Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate Sales, Terry worked as an MBA/PMP certified International Project Manager in oil in gas. All along, she has always been passionate about real estate and has many years of experience investing in rental properties including multifamily before getting licensed for Real Estate. She owns a very successful Lake Conroe waterfront short term rental condominium, where she also served as Vice President and President of the POA (Property Owners Association) for 5 years.
