Rounding Third Realty has a personal approach when working for you. No showing service, automated answering system or middleman. Agents, sellers and prospective buyers will speak directly to me when calling the office to inquire about your property. This allows me the opportunity to personally represent your property.

I am a Real Estate Broker as well as a Realtor! My expertise will be valuable when you are ready to sell, buy or lease.

I enjoy working with the public and helping people find their next home! I love to work with sellers and buyers as well as with individuals looking for rentals or trying to lease their property.

When working with buyers, I will assist you through the purchasing process so that I may assist in decreasing stress levels when purchasing your new home. I also manage rental property for owners who may not want to deal with the burden of collecting rent and keeping up with maintenance needs of their properties.

I am also designated as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist - which is additional training to represent the buyer while purchasing a new home!
