I work as the dual-licensed real estate broker of record of Real Estate Solution Source and a NMLS licensed loan originator with Capital ABC Funding. With respect to buying, selling, investing or leasing, I often work as an intermediary, working to help the buyer and seller facilitate the same transaction, which works to save all parties time and money. In all humility, I am the best negotiator and problem-solver in the business and work tirelessly for others in helping my clients attain their real estate investing goals and primarily work with referred clients.
