I’m Natasha Pierce, a Broker Associate with JLA Realty and a Galveston real estate agent who specializes in vacation rentals, second homes, and beach properties on Galveston Island.
I live and work on the island, and I’ve lived on all sides of it. My real estate story started in 2014, when I moved out of my own home near the beach and turned it into a vacation rental. Soon I was managing my neighbors’ rentals too. After many years of owning and operating vacation rentals, I know firsthand what makes a Galveston property work as a getaway, an investment, or a place to call home.
