ABOUT Lauren Cain-Williams – Realtor

Licensed since 2009, I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience helping clients in all matters real estate — from lakefront new home developments and residential sales to commercial investments, leasing, and property management; this includes and extends to listings in Costa Rica and Mexico.

I’m a Certified Real Estate Advisor, experienced in both commercial and residential property wealth management, and currently serve as a Merger & Acquisition Consultant with The Baker Group.

My background includes seven years as a Lakefront New Home Sales Consultant for Princeton Classic Homes, where I specialized in communities across Katy, Richmond, Houston, Texas City, Manvel, and Missouri City. I’ve also managed investment and Airbnb properties since 2014 and, more recently, expanded into international markets as a Costa Rica Listing Agent.

Clients know me for save them time, energy, and money as well as my extensive experience & knowledge and guidance throughout and after the process. I've been featured on ABC13’s “Hot on Homes” and other media outlets. Notable clients have included a Houston Texans player, Mateo, an award-winning jeweler, the owner of a popular Houston bar & lounge, and HTX Food Plug restaurant.

I’m the author and e-course creator of LearnHowtoRealEstate.com, where I empower buyers, sellers, and investors with tools and education and preparedness. With a degree in Journalism & Communications, public speaking and media have been a natural extension of my work — from TV appearances and commercial hosting to runway modeling and live events.
