A little background: I'm a Texan — born in San Antonio and raised in the Houston area since I was five years old — with a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University. I'm also licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Residential Appraiser, which means the pricing advice I give buyers and sellers is grounded in the same valuation discipline lenders use. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Residential Real Estate Council, I'm an 11-time winner of the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent award (as featured in Texas Monthly), and I'm a member of the Houston, Texas, and National Associations of REALTORS.
