Kate Taylor, a lifelong Texan, moved to the Lake Conroe area in 2002 after earning her degree from the greatest university of all, Texas A&M University. With a background in the legal field and surrounded by a family of builders, Kate grew to appreciate the order of contracts, attention to detail and the build process.  It was a natural transition into real estate with a specialty in new construction.  After years of working exclusively with home builders, Kate began working with all different types of folks in the real estate arena including, traditional sellers, historic homes, investors, Farm & Ranch transactions, water front properties, estates and property management. 

Kate’s proven success earned her an opportunity on the leadership team helping train new agents and engaging seasoned agents on updates to the real estate industry.  Kate is a founding member of Harwell Realty.  Kate’s passion for helping her clients thru out the process, along with her commitment to continuing education and contract compliance, ensures your transaction is handled with knowledge and dedication.  

Kate is a proud member of the FTACO 2001 and enjoys getting to know and serve the community.  Kate is a honored to serve in leadership for Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International, is the Communications Director and a founding  board member of Widowing-Well, is a past VP of the Montgomery County A&M Club, served on the Scholarship Committee for the Montgomery County A&M Club, Willis ISD Athletics and volunteered with area softball programs.
