I relocated to Houston, Texas in August 1977 from St. Louis, Missouri. I acquired my Real Estate License in October 1980. I followed with a Group 1 Insurance license in November 1984, and I expanded my growth and knowledge throughout the years, with countless courses, and training. I have always been in the business of helping families and small business owners, be it marketing their residence or business to sell or lease or helping them find and purchase their future home or business. It gives me pleasure in providing the planning tools to build and protect my client's steps in life. All are part of the building blocks of our seasons in life.

I work in the Houston and surrounding areas. The majority of my business comes from referrals. I know how very important it is to guide my clients and build that trust to keep them coming back.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am an outdoor person that loves to fish, camp and travel. I have a great love for antiques and look for deals at second hand stores, flea markets, and auctions. My belief is that life is what you make of it, and every day is a fresh new opportunity to find out what you can offer to make life sparkle.
