Welcome! Using my 25 years of experience in the local home building industry I started a real estate consulting business to help those like you buy and sell real estate.

Living in the same area for over 30 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in several areas of the community. What I found is that volunteering helped me develop a skill of listening to the needs of those I was serving. I want you to be comfortable with the fact that I will be listening to your needs and not wasting your time.

Serving in the military, I developed a valuable life tool of discipline, staying on task until the mission was complete. Allow me to use that discipline to work for you by guiding you through the maze of the home buying and selling process.
