Gilbert Padilla- Broker/ HUD Broker/ CPM. I am a licensed HAR/TAR/NAR Real Estate Broker in good standing and am involved in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I am a member of the Texas Professionals Standards and Ethics Committee. I serve at both the local level with the Houston Association of Realtors and the state level through Austin and the Chapter Association.I am also a CPM, Certified Property Manager though the Institute of Real Estate Management- an organization that abides by strict ethics and professionalism in the conduct/training of members with dealings of Commercial Property Management for the general public.I am a licensed Texas Electrical Journeyman, Universal Certified- HVAC, and proficient in The International EnergyConservation Code, Local Building Codes and proficient in AutoCAD. I have Project Managed/Budgeted serveral Ground-Up NEW Construction of Office/Retail/Warehouse Lease Space.
