I recently heard of quote from a heralded forecaster, Ted Jones, regarding Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion which essentially states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The Realtor industry is facing disruptive forces as the internet is providing a lot of disinformation, also known as "noise". It is my intention to share with you the wisdom I have gained from my experiences, the outlook on the market and my personal opinion of the direction that our industry is headed.
