Choosing Brian Harrington as your realtor® when you are selling your home is a great decision. Brian will go above and beyond your expectations as he works behind the scenes to research and analyze your home and homes in your area to ensure you get the highest selling price available. For the sale of our home, Brian painstakingly critiqued the house and property, providing a detailed, thorough, and prioritized list of everything that could be corrected updated prior to the house going on the market. He provided sage, thoughtful advice without being pushy and explained every step along the way and why each step was important. Brian then developed a beautifully worded description of our home on HAR.com along with excellent descriptions of every picture. From our experience, we know selecting Brian Harrington as your agent will be one of the best decisions you will make as a home seller.
