Hi, I'm Rosa Seymour, I've been in the real estate business since 2012. I've always been involved in my community but at the time I was more involved in my children's school. It was one of the fellow mothers that noticed my interest in helping and facilitating information to others that encouraged I get into real estate.
I started out as a buyers agent which really helped me understand my purpose and how to enhance my client's experience in the process.
Once I merged into helping sellers I had a better perspective on individual goals, and finding solutions to help both parties to a transaction feel accomplished. I make it my priority to give my clients the best service in the process of purchasing or selling real estate. Growing up I lived in various parts of the world which helped me understand different cultures and upbringing. My background allows me to understand my clients and reinforces my commitment to serve their real estate needs.
I love working with all types of real estate, in the suburbs, in the city of Houston and even some commercial. Even though my family has spent the last 17 years living in the suburbs, I completely understand the importance of families needing to move. This is another aspect of real estate that is fascinating, buying and selling for the different stages in life.
I graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler, Health Sciences was my interest then. I knew that I wanted to help people which I thought would be in health care or health services but timing made real estate work and it fulfills that need. Throughout the years my passion and commitment to give my clients the absolute best service continues to grow. I thrive on helping people, giving advice and guiding them to make the best decisions for their real estate.
