“We were having a hard time selling our house and after researching we found Monica and her team. After reading the reviews and interviewing her we decided that she would be the best choice. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Monica came in and laid out the plan and cleared up any questions we had. She did everything she said she promised she would (constant communication, readily available, advice, etc.) and more. Her market analysis was very accurate and her guidance was immeasurable. Through doing all of this and more she took away the stresses of selling a home.
