We are so blessed to have Maria guide us through our home selling experience! We were looking to leave Texas move back home to Louisiana as a family to avoid extended time apart and Maria took extra care to discuss market trends and price point implications vs time on market with great data to support. She also took extra time and expense to provide 3D virtual tour and offer staging consultations to allow for the best showing for potential buyers. Finally she got into the details and truly understood what we loved about the house and was able to share that when hosting an open house on the first weekend as promised where we were able to have multiples offers only 3 days on the market! Needless to say it was a near stress-free and perfect real estate experience for us and we were able to move back home to Louisiana as a family sooner. Thank you again, Maria!
