Entry door into 14 Pews. This great room has been used as a microcinema since 2010. It was built in the 1920's and was the home of Sunset Church of Christ, known for its choir. In the late 1990's it became the home of the Aurora Picture Show.
Upon entering thru the double front doors, this is the view of the entire space with film screen ahead and the 14 pews facing towards the screen. The black curtains were opened for the purpose of taking photographs. In the evenings, the room becomes pitch black and allows for an exquisite film viewing experience.

In the evening hours, the black curtains are closed and this becomes an amazing cinema experience.

Upon entering the residence, kitchen counter faces you and stairway to the primary suite is to to your left. The open-concept living/kitchen area has views of the expansive back yard.

Kitchen as seen from the living area. These beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the home. The Kitchen Breakfast Bar is a great area to dine. The living area certainly has room for a small table with chairs, as well.
Downstairs bathroom. The bathroom also has entry through the door shown on the right that leads to the side yard. During events, the door to the home is locked and the bathroom is used by cinema guests.

View of primary suite as you come into the room from the stairway. Ladder leads to a loft space (11.5' x7') and is being used as a storage area. Glass doors to the left lead to large balcony that overlooks the back yard. Utility room is on this floor, down the hallway to the right of the bathroom. Notice the architectural detail of skylights and small high transom windows that bring in so much light.
This primary suite is large and open with interesting architectural ceiling features and Japanese inspired wood shelves that can be both decorative and useful. In the distance through the double doors is the flex room.
Flex room that is being used as an office leads directly into the primary suite though double pocket doors. Two closets and a built in dresser shown in photo. This room can be a sitting area off of the primary suite, an office, or a 4th bedroom. Ample closet spaces throughout.

Walkway on the West side of the property from the front to the back yard. The door towards the front is the side entrance into the cinema. The middle red door leads into the kitchen area of the residence and the door closest leads into one of the bathrooms on the premises.
