Allison is everything that a client could ever ask for in the Real Estate Business and a person that will not forget about you.   My wife and I were looking for a specific house. I was already 62 years old and really did not want to tackle another mortgage . Allison came to our old house and took measurements of all the furniture that we wanted to move to the new house. Everything had to fit or there was just not going to be a sale.  Allison never gave up on finding us the house we were looking for. Allison had 2-4 listings for us each weekend, since at that time my wife and I were working . Allison blocked out almost every Sat. and Sun. for us.  She was very diligent in  finding houses that would work.  I was probably the hardest client that Allison ever had to deal with.  We lost several houses because I was low balling or finding excuses not to buy because of my age. After a grueling timeframe, Allison found the perfect house just before it hit the market. My wife looked at the house on Wednesday and came home and told me this was the house we were looking for. I made an appointment to see the house on Sunday at noon.  I went early and drove around the neighborhood and was amazed that 99% of all the homes were all well kept and yards were beautiful.  I walked on the back patio and did not even have to look at the inside of the house to make up my mind.  We made an offer at 3:00 PM and the seller accepted our offer.  We did not have to do anything with the inside of the house and the yard. We closed the deal and were in the house in 4 weeks.  Allison did not forget about us and we became very good friends with her and her husband. We still stay in touch with Allison and get together from time to time.   As my first comment says, you cannot go wrong with Allison working for you to find the perfect home..   Good luck and good hunting.
