He was very knowledgeable about the market, very professional, and offered excellent advice for selling our home. His photography skills, choice of angles, lighting, etc. really exhibited our home in the best way to show how great it was. I would highly recommend Travis to all sellers. He was instrumental in helping us navigate the entire process. He gave us great advice on things we needed to do to prepare for the sale and things we should hold off on and take care of as needed or required for the sale. His advice saved us a considerable amount of money. And if that was not enough, our house sold in 8 hours. Travis is also representing us on our home purchase. His relationship with the home builder and sales agent has been invaluable and again has saved us money. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a home also. However, at the end of the process, Travis did manage to pull off a closing by being able to skilfully negotiate with the buyers' agent.
Response from Travis 07/26/13 This was a very challenging transaction for multiple reasons. I'm so relieved that we were able to pull of the closing even though the buyer told us multiple times that he was cancelling the transaction and that nothing would change his mind. I wanted to be tougher on the buyer's agent when we first ran into problems and delays but my clients were also in the process of buying a home which was contingent of them selling this one first. Knowing the buyer had a short fuse, I didn't want to be too tough and cause both transactions to fall apart. Also, some of the delays were from the lender, rather than the buyer. We were told several times from the lender what we wanted to hear, rather than the truth. This made it even more challenging. Since we didn't have any back up offers and it is a challenging neighborhood to get a quick offer in, (many of the homes the same size sell for a lot less) I did my best to keep it together. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to sell this house and ready for my next challenge.

Response from Travis 03/20/12 I'll always remember this review because it is my first and hopefully only 2 star review. Unfortunately the buyer got mixed up about the properties he put an offer on and was upset with me based on wrong information. We did not put an offer on 114 Abram. We put an offer on 114 Queenscliff and 50 Abram Circle which were both listed for more. 114 Abram was listed at $188,000 but didn't have very many upgrades or wood floors and didn't really compare to the other two. He ended up buying a completely different home in The Woodlands which we got the seller down from their original asking price of $222,500 to $200,000 and closed at an impressive $88/sqft. At the time of closing the next best value in the area with similar features was listed at $97/sqft and the average sold home at the time was $97/sqft.
