Your kitchen features granite counters, a beachy palette, and this framed map of the island that can stay. 
You have ample storage and work space here, 42 inch cabinets and the stainless refrigerator stays. 
The tile is beautiful, as well as the stainless farmhouse sink. The kitchen floors are tile. 
This area will be the source of many wonderful meals with family and friends. Check out all the drawers!!
The cabinetry is wonderful--with soft-touch self-closing doors and drawers. Many LED lights were added. 
The breakfast bar is shown. The linen closet is pictured. Bedrooms are down the hall. 
The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall. There's plenty of space for this king-sized bed and two night stands, as well as a dresser. You can see sunsets from your bedroom.

The primary bath has a large shower with a bench, a pretty marble vanity and thick, frameless doors. 
The bathrooms have been tastefully remodeled too, so there's very little work for you to do here.

This is taken from your deck. What's not to love about being on the water at a great price?? There are many HUGE homes nearby so there's no danger of overbuilding if you add on to this one. 
Your property line is here with the fence and deck. You can see your covered boat slip and lift, and room to set your crab traps. There's an outdoor cold water shower to rinse off after a day on the bay! See the black shower mat.
