After working for master-planned community developer, Friendswood Development Company, in marketing and sales positions for 15 years, Misty has expanded her business to include all aspects of the real estate market.
Misty has vast knowledge of land development, in particular, master-planned communities in the south/southwest Houston area, specializing in the Pearland area and Shadow Creek Ranch, and including Friendswood and Clear Lake City. She has also sold homes in the Katy, Missouri City, Friendswood, League City and Galveston areas.
A great deal of her time at Friendswood Development included marketing new homes and master -planned communities. She has acquired extensive skills and resources to market residential properties.
