Lanie Brown is the Broker/Owner and heart of Sage Lane Realty, LLC. Founded on principles of strong work ethic, inspiring marketing, and exemplary service, Lanie launched Sage Lane Realty where she serves clients and agents with small town heart and big city experience.  

Lanie began her Texas real estate career in the Houston suburbs. After getting married and settling in her new community, Lanie earned her Texas real estate license and returned to her sales career. As she built a successful real estate practice, she also naturally helped set the positive culture in her office and recruited and mentored other agents. It was during these years that Lanie & the Sage hubby fell in love with the Hill Country and began forming plans to retire to the Marble Falls area.

Seven years later, to mitigate the commute to the Energy Corridor, Lanie moved to the Memorial Villages/Spring Branch market area. During this transition, Lanie stepped up to an agent trainer role and quickly earned her Texas real estate broker license with a vision to one day open her own Hill Country real estate company. Doors opened, and Lanie launched her company sooner than expected.

Lanie is consistently recognized for her hopeful attitude, outstanding leadership, and unbeatable work ethic. She looks forward to both serving clients and making a real estate home for other bright agents, and she loves celebrating successes. ''I love Texas real estate!'' exclaims Lanie.

A honors graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston and published legal writer, Lanie is expanding her service offerings in Blanco and Burnet Counties. Lanie has contributed to her profession on committees of various REALTOR® Associations. She currently belongs to Houston Association of REALTORS® and also subscribes to Austin MLS to best serve her Hill Country clients. In addition to working in real estate, Lanie seeks volunteer commitments to enhance her community.
