Kate Taylor, a lifelong Texan, moved to the Lake Conroe area in 2002 after earning her degree from the greatest university of all, Texas A&M University. With a background in the legal field and surrounded by a family of builders, Kate grew to appreciate the order of contracts, attention to detail and the build process. It was a natural transition into real estate with a specialty in new construction. After years of working exclusively with home builders, Kate began working with all different types of folks in the real estate arena including, traditional sellers, historic homes, investors, Farm & Ranch transactions, water front properties, estates and property management.Â
