Hi, I’m Gina Tran, Houston born and raised, Broker Associate with LPT Realty and Team Leader of The Sons and Daughters Team. Since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Houston and the surrounding areas. Rooted in serving Pearland since 2015, I’m passionate about helping homeowners sell for the highest price in the shortest amount of time with the best possible terms through proven pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies.

I graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Marketing, minor in Advertising and European Studies and was honored to receive the Bauer College Outstanding Leader Award. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to be recognized as a 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate recipient and featured in the Houston Chronicle, Chron.com, Houston REALTOR Magazine, “Real Estate Matters with Stewart Title" on 950AM KPRC Houston and The Real Estate Rat Pack Radio Show and I also rank top 1.5% real estate agent in the nation.
