The most effective way to do it, is to do it (Amelia Earhart). When it comes to a lifestyle of rolling up her sleeves and getting things done, Caitlyn McBee knows it well. From the time she was a child, she was constantly moving, and constantly learning. Since that time, she has overcome challenges, achieved ambitious goals, and lived through a fire, freeze, hurricane, and flood. And all of these experiences and the incredible people in her life have honed and shaped the determined woman she is today.
Caitlyn grew up in Central Texas, raised with her mother and two grandmothers as strong female role models in her life. All three of these women had Master's Degrees, and worked in education, so learning and advancing were always top of mind. In her early childhood, the family moved quite often, which also created a fascination with different homes and lifestyles. She enjoyed doing her part to turn each house into a home, and as a result, she developed a strong talent for home decorating and design. It was no surprise, then, that when she was just 18 years old, Caitlyn bought her first home while simultaneously attending college at Angelo State University. She eventually earned her own Master's Degree in Agricultural Education and Communication at Texas Tech University, and went on to teach math for two years before deciding to pursue her love for real estate.
On the very first day that she began her real estate career, she gave birth to her daughter, Charley, forever marking that day as significant on many levels. In addition to being ecstatic about motherhood, she immediately knew she had found her career path, too. She received multiple certifications and awards throughout the next decade, and became one of the youngest Presidents to serve on the Bastrop County Board of Realtors at just 31 years old. Her zest for real estate was fueled by her instinct for helping families to locate a maximum lifestyle of luxury, no matter their position in life. This is how she became known as the Lifestyle Locator®.
Today, Caitlyn assists growing families & empty nesters in the Texas Gulf Coast area to locate and market a home more suited to their changing needs. She specializes in vacation homes and second homes focused on a lifestyle on or near the water, and is known for helping her clients locate a maximum lifestyle of luxury at their current life position. Caitlyn has earned her Broker's license, and is also a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and Global Luxury Agent. She's an advocate who is recognized for her attention to detail, contract expertise and skilled negotiations.
When Caitlyn isn't helping her clients, you can find her living an active lifestyle that includes home decorating, golfing, running, and driving her signature Jeep. She's involved in the community through volunteering in her daughter's high school volleyball program. She has already achieved one goal on her bucket list, which is owning a vacation home on the water, which she visits frequently with her family. The strength Caitlyn gained from being surrounded by such determined and dedicated women has helped her achieve her own lifestyle of luxury, and nothing is more rewarding to her than paying that forward.
