Like most Austinites, Ashley fell in love with Austin in college and though she left her home state, (TX gal, born and raised!) for a short time to the Midwest to work in an advertising agency, she quickly returned to her favorite city to begin her career in Real Estate. Ashley's strong work ethic, passion for people, marketing background and service industry experience meets the demands of the Austin real estate market. Ms. Brinkman started her career in property management, leasing and investment sales in the UT area. She then transitioned to Prudential Texas Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) on one of the top producing teams not only in Texas, but the nation. After her years in residential sales, Ashley accepted a new challenge and took the responsibility of selling and marketing two, 4-Star Austin Energy Green condominium projects in the Central Austin area for a developer and has now found herself at Realty Austin (voted one of Austin's Best Places to work!).
