Born and raised in San Antonio, Amber Lenz Gilbert comes from a long line of successful San Antonio business owners with strong local roots in banking, architecture, construction, and city government. In 2011, Leadership San Antonio inducted Amber to its Membership Class 37. In 2012, Amber was appointed to the San Antonio Planning Committee Technical Advisory Committee overseeing Development Community. Amber was able to show exponential growth with First Texan Realty, and in July 2013 the San Antonio North Chamber awarded her with the Business Achievement Award.
