Aspen Adams is a REALTOR for CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2009 and an Associates degree in Paramedicine from Blinn in 2012. She worked as an EMT & Paramedic at St. Joseph EMS for 6 years and now teaches future paramedic candidates at Lone Star College. Obtaining her real estate license in 2016, she strives to work hard every day to further her education and experience. She is dedicated to giving her clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals. She loves to spend time scuba diving, renovating her home and traveling the world. She is a member of the Washington County YPO, and Volunteers and Donates to Military & veteran charities.

My roots begin here in Brenham, Texas (Home of Blue Bell Ice Cream). Growing up on our family ranch, I have experienced and learned many valuable things about living in the country. I assist buyers trying to find the “right” property and sellers market their property efficiently by using the latest technology. By having a degree in IT-Design & Development, I create custom aerial maps and renderings. This is very valuable tool for land planning and when searching for the right characteristics in a property such as: Shape/layout, road frontage, topography/terrain, and vegetation. Adrian Garcia Leija was born in Austin Texas, on August 14 2000, and later moved to Round Top, Texas, at the age of 13. Growing up in both city and country environments Adrian developed a deep appreciation for both lifestyles. With natural talent for communication and exceptional customer service skills, Adrian excels at interacting with people and providing excellent service. Adrian Is a very outgoing individual with a natural knack for connecting with others. Despite his fun and energized nature, Adrian maintains a very strong sense of integrity prioritizing honesty and respect in all interactions. Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.
