McMeans was in the real estate business for 49 years and my father, Bill McMeans still holds a Broker's license today. I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Washington County and raise my family right where I grew up. My husband, Bobby and I reside in Chappell Hill with our two beautiful daughters, Audrey Grace and Autumn Lee. Buying and Selling real estate can be tough at times. My roots begin here in Brenham, Texas (Home of Blue Bell Ice Cream). Growing up on our family ranch, I have experienced and learned many valuable things about living in the country. I assist buyers trying to find the “right” property and sellers market their property efficiently by using the latest technology. By having a degree in IT-Design & Development, I create custom aerial maps and renderings. Having always been a country girl. I haved lived in the Austin County, Colorado County, Fayette County and Washington County area, for over 50 years. I am finally fulfilling a long desired bucket list item by becoming a Realtor. I owned my business from 2001, until retiring in 2013. I have worked in banking, insurance and accounting prior to becoming my own boss. I became a Realtor in 2014, and a Broker with my own company, in 2019. I have always worked in customer service and find helping customers rewarding by listening, understanding and finding solutions to their personal needs. I graduated Magna Cume Laude in Finance, but I continue to learn through Real Estate education, to stay up to date on the latest trends, rules and changes in contract forms, to be a better Realtor®.
