Alicia A. Arroyos has been a real estate professional for 33 years and is known for her honesty, sincerity, and integrity. Started as a business entrepreneur working as an Engineer at Upstream Oil & Gas and Energy resources. Familiar with Texas's laws and gas regulations. Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston. Gained experience managing production sharing contracts, external vendors, business partners and sales. Establish communication with surveyors, appraisers, lenders, title companies and negotiate Real Estate transactions in the process of buying, selling or renting of a residential or commercial property. She works with the owners and investors related to the acquisition, disposition, expense escalations, lease renewals, rent and land assets.
