He is a past president of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, past Treasurer of the After Hours Exchange Club of Greater Fort Bend, and the Exchange Club TX-LA Gulf Coast District Past President. The Exchange Club is focused on bettering communities through projects that promote Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities, and the Prevention of Child Abuse.

In his free time, Carlos loves to be surrounded by friends and family. On any given weekend, you'll probably find him relaxing in the pool or riding his motorcycle through the Hill Country.
