I would love to say that from and early age I was selling "lincoln log" cabins to the neighborhood kids, but honestly I always thought I would grow up to be a EMT. After almost passing out trying to stick my first person, I realized that profession probably wasn't for me. Since then I have been a film and music video producer, licensed minister, notary public, project/program manager, run half billion dollar budgets, and managed more people than I can remember. After all of that, I realized that two things reigned supreme: I love people and I want to help with their challenges. One of life's biggest decisions (outside of who you settle down with) is where you settle down. Often times the largest purchase you will ever make is your home. What better way to serve others than to help guide them through the intricacies of this life changing journey. So real estate became my career while people remain my passion. I was a Singaporean, now a U.S. citizen, who pursued both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance at the University of San Francisco. After serving in the Singapore Armed Forces and gaining experience in the banking sector until 1993, I embarked on a new journey by relocating to Guam. There, I established a successful wholesale business catering to local hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores. My family, consisting of my wife and three boys, made a significant move to Houston, Texas in 2006, driven by the aspiration to provide our children with a superior education in the United States. Fluent in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I expanded my professional horizons by obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2007 and subsequently securing my Broker license in 2011. Passionate about assisting others in their real estate endeavors, I find fulfillment in guiding individuals towards a brighter tomorrow. Whether it's navigating the complexities of real estate transactions or ensuring a smooth transition, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
