A fourth generation Houstonian who grew up in Sugar Land, his father is a Captain with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, his grandfather is a Captain in the Houston Fire Department and his great grandfather was the oldest firefighter in the City of Houston, who also helped establish the Houston Fire Firefighters Federal Credit Union.
While focused on close-in neighborhoods like Meyerland and the Heights, Terry is happy to show and sell all over greater Houston. His ultimate goal, he says, is to one day become a successful investor in multi-unit residential housing. Since he says that the best advice he ever got was that, “You cannot hope that you will be successful, you must KNOW that you will be successful and, with determination, the rest will fall into place,” one shouldn’t doubt that he will reach that goal.
