Negotiations: Certified with the Real Estate Negotiation Designation, I have extensive experience negotiating on my client's behalf. I try to find out what's important to the other side of the deal, what's easy to give on my client's side and negotiate a deal that is mutually beneficial. This also means knowing how to stand up to pushy agents.
Inspections: I go to all my home inspections, read the inspection reports, I am familiar with what home inspectors look for. I point out issues with a home on first visit, noting any deferred maintenance items that may become an issue down the road. Likewise on the sale side, I can offer advice on what inspectors will be looking for to help make a smoother sale.
