My name is Ben Bethala and I grew up most of my adult life in Greater Houston Area of Texas. I've been working in real estate from 2008 in Texas. While I am open to all areas of Greater Houston Area, I am most familiar with Cypress, Katy, Sugarland, and The Woodlands. In fact, my favorite part of the city is Houston Premium Outlets because great stores, food, and kids friendly.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of HAR, TAR, NAR, REBAC, NTREIS and enjoy spending my time cycling and volunteering in church. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up to date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family wife, two kids and two adorable small dogs. I enjoy cycling around Cypress and I participate Bike MS: Texas MS 150, Bike MS is the largest fundraising bike series in the world. Each year, nearly 75,000 cyclists and more than 6,000 teams ride together to change the world for people with MS. I love fishing in around Galveston Bay on my boat with friends and family.

Krystyn Rawlinson is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as the office manager. She has been with the office since 2012 and takes pride in providing the best assistance to our agents possible. As NextHome Realty Center's office manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and serves as our compliance coordinator, reviewing all contracts and addenda.
