Kiki has been a full-time Real Estate professional since 2004. In September of 2007, she obtained her Brokers license and has continued to learn, work and practice the profession that she loves. She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.

Kiki is married and she lives in The Woodlands with her husband Evan, their son Yianni and their dogs Apollo & Georgie. Outside of real estate she enjoys design & decorating, swimming, traveling, and meeting new people.

I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. If you were born here, live here, or are considering it you understand the draw to all of the unique towns and cities with different cultures it has to offer. That is why no matter where I go, I always come home to Texas. My love of Real Estate, architecture and the little nuances that make every property unique were a big part of my decision to change directions and get into the business as a sales agent years ago. She is from Colombia graduating with an Engineering degree and pursued her passion for business and marketing to obtain her MBA from The University of Queensland in Australia. While balancing motherhood and chasing her professional goals, Claudia worked alongside her husband to build a successful family-owned business where she was the key contributor handling all business development and marketing efforts through face-to-face networking.

Demi Turner is an active real estate agent born and raised in a small community north of Houston. She lived on 65 acres near the Sam Houston National Forest about 20 minutes southwest of Huntsville, TX. She graduated from Huntsville High School and earned a scholarship to play softball at The University of Alabama ROLL TIDE! In 2018, she graduated from Bama, but not before becoming an All-American softball player and getting the opportunity to play in the Women's College World Series on multiple occasions. After graduation, Demi decided to move back to her home state of Texas where she began her private company and real estate career.

Demi's grandparents were Greek immigrants who came to America in 1952 through Ellis Island. Through their relationship, they taught her that success takes hard work, resiliency, sacrifice, integrity, and grit. That upbringing, along with her athletic background, should ensure clients how hard Demi will work for your real estate dreams to come true!
