Starting in January 2023, Michele and I made a strategic decision to join the team at Keller Williams Realty Professionals (KWP) - one of the top real estate sales firms serving the Northwest Houston region. Michele, a Broker Associate, is part of the Executive Leadership team at KWP and serves as the Director of Coaching and Education.

In August 2023, Graeme and Michele took their collaboration a step further and formed the MGM Group.
