I first began in the Mortgage Real Estate industry here in Houston back in 1984. What I've learned over the years is how to work with a customer individually and how to really listen while putting their needs first.



My originally trainer once told me to Always put your customers needs first, the rewards will come later I've hung on to those words and its all about how they want to be treated. Many say my personality and knowledge has made me successful over the years, I hope to have the opportunity in working with you.

My name is Payal Patel and I am Realtor with Keller William Professional since 2021. I hold a degree in Engineering from India and came to the United State in 2005. Since then, I have been engaged in family businesses, as such as Comfort Suites, Sleep Inn & Best Western hotels. In 2013, I branched into the daycare business, and developed The Goddard School. I was the owner operator, and oversaw the day-to-day operation including financial, accounting, employees and marketing. I love the challenge of helping people find their own home. It is art that usually requires a skilled professional and a passion that drove me towards real estate. In my spare time, I volunteer at the BAPS temple in Stafford, Texas, and spend my Sundays to worship God and thank for all the blessing. I have a beautiful family, that consists of my 12-year son, 8-year daughter, supportive husband, and to complete my family, my in-laws (grandparents). In my free time, I enjoy travelling, reading, shopping and trying different types of food. Life is beautiful and I try to live it to the fullest each day by embedding the teaching of my spiritual guru HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj, "In the joy of others, lies our own."

A Houston resident since 1979, Nidal is an avid enthusiast of his community and loves the incredible diversity of cultures, lifestyles and businesses this region offers. Prior to his career in real estate, Nidal attended Miami Dade College, where he obtained his Ophthalmic Optics degree. He chose a position in the optical field because he wanted to serve and help people see better and thus, enjoy better quality of life. Nidal spent thirty plus years working with and getting to know countless patients and vendors. After a successful career in optics, he decided to take his passion for helping others in to a different field and earned his real estate license. Though the industry was different, Nidal realized that the same principles from his previous job applied to real estate: listen closely to what a client needs/wants, work diligently to provide the best result, and most importantly, place the client first. Jordan DeNike is a Houston native with a Bachelor's degree in General Business Management from University of Houston-Downtown. Formerly the listing manager for the Houston division of Zillow Offers, she has experience handling hundreds of listings at a time while maintaining great agent and customer relationships. After Zillow Offers stopped purchasing properties in the Houston market, Jordan immediately obtained her real estate license to personally help families in the Houston area achieve the dream of homeownership. She prides herself in being honest and straightforward while working with her clients to find a home they love for the best deal.
