I am open to all areas of Montgomery County, I am most familiar with Conroe and Willis. My favorite area is Lake Conroe to Lake Livingston because of the closeness to Fishing, Boating and the beautiful Sam Houston National Forest.
To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community, listening to the desires of my clients, returning calls promptly, taking additional courses to stay on top of the changes in Real Estate .
I am a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors
I enjoy spending my time looking at homes, neighborhoods, area entertainment venues and activities nearby and reading as much information as possible to assist you and your family find that perfect home.
I believe it is important to listen to people to understand their interest, hobbies, likes and dislikes as well as their goals for finding a place they can call home for many years to come. That's why I will work diligently in my searches to find your home based on the criteria you desire.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my husband, Bill, who can never get enough of fishing. We enjoy being around water and boating. Both my husband and I previously raced NASCAR for many years and both won local Championships in Arizona. Its paying attention to all details small and large that make me successful in life.

Vivian was born and raised in the North Houston/Cypress area. After graduating from high school, she had a 31-year career in the electrical industry. Taking care of clients and customers' needs was her joy and focus throughout the years.
