Sam & Clarissa Michaels, Owners of C&S Premier Realty Sam Michaels is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served for nine years across seven deployments. After fighting for our country, Sam entered the world of real estate and never looked back. Since then, he has worked with new home builders and now serves as the broker and co-owner with his wife, Clarissa, at C&S Premier Realty. Clarissa Michaels' real estate roots run deep as she grew up in the industry and went to work for a title company and new home builder before becoming a licensed real estate agent.
