A licensed Realtor since 2005, Ann Elizabeth began her real estate career in Winter Park, Florida, and advanced to top-producer status.

After moving many times and living in six states (a few more than once), Ann Elizabeth understands the challenges relocation presents to transferees and their families. Previously, Ann Elizabeth lived in Houston for many years and the city has always felt like home. Her three children were born here and her parents, one daughter, brother, nephews, and a niece still live here, making her return in 2017 a true homecoming. "Houston is home with family and many life-long friends," she says. A graduate of Maclay College Preparatory in Tallahassee, Ann Elizabeth earned a B.A. in communications/political science with a minor concentration in art history from Randolph Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a Sustaining Member of The Junior League of Houston and attends St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Past real estate industry and community volunteer service includes the Property Management Council and Short Sale Task Force committees of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association; the Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce; Open Door Ministries, Haiti; and the Florida Film Festival committee.

When time and schedules permit, Ann Elizabeth enjoys traveling across the country with her Houston-based daughter to visit her other daughter in California and son in Colorado. Closer to home, this self-confessed "film enthusiast" heads out to the movies whenever possible, and is fond of music from country to classical to Broadway. A former competitive swimmer, she still swims for fun and to stay in shape, and is a wine aficionado who enjoys weekend tastings with friends.

Eric Gage is a top-producing real estate agent in both Houston and Galveston County. Previously the broker/owner of RE/MAX City View located in Houston's Montrose neighborhood, Eric specializes in Houston's Inner-Loop neighborhoods and Galveston County waterfront properties. Eric owes his success in the highly competitive real estate field to his extensive background in city management and economic development. Prior to real estate, he worked in municipal government in La Marque, Texas, and the City of Pearland where he gained valuable knowledge of city codes and zoning requirements and developed his keen negotiating and people skills. This experience sparked his passion forreal estate and helped him launch his real estate career in 2006. A real estate investor himself, Eric is a highly knowledgeable, dedicated, and trusted broker who puts his clients' best interests first. Eric maintains a home on the water near Galveston Island and loves cruising on his boat and taking his RV out for a weekend. He enjoys giving back to the community and has served on boards and committees for the Texas City / La Marque Chamber of Commerce, the Mainland Rotary Club, and the Mainland United Way. A proud member and float captain for Galveston's Krewe of Gambrinus, Eric reigned as King Gambrinus for their 2022 Mardi Gras Parade and is on the Board of Directors for this prominent non-profit group. A member of the Houston Area Realtors Association, Texas Realtors Association and the National Realtors Association, Eric holds a B.A. degree from Texas State University at San Marcos.
