Born and raised in Houston, Adriana Longoria Banks has real estate, building and construction in her blood. Inspired and influenced by her grandfather, Eduardo Longoria, who started several banks in Mexico, Adriana embodies the compassion and business savvy that her grandfather brought to his work. With almost a decade of real estate experience, Adriana brings compassion, flexibility, understanding and an ability to efficiently get the job done while bringing a positive attitude to every transaction. Above all, she strives to build a relationship with every client. She is also multi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish (she is half Mexican).

Before becoming a real estate agent, Adriana held several jobs which prepared her for helping clients buy and sell homes. She worked as a certified land-man for two years for an oil and gas company, where she fostered her love of land. Eventually, she started a public relations department at that company, and later worked as a fund-raiser. Positions which helped her refine her people, sales, and business skills. Adriana grew up in the Briargrove and Memorial neighborhood. She currently lives in Rice Military with her husband, Mark Monroe, a private wealth advisor with Morgan Stanley, and their adopted German Shepherd. Adriana is from a large family. She attended St. Francis Episcopal Day School, Episcopal High in Bellaire, then went on to graduate from Tulane University with a major in general business and an emphasis in marketing and consumer behaviors, and a minor in Spanish. Her hobbies include yoga, running, riding, travel and photography. Active in the local community, Adriana is active in the local community and supports multiple charities, which she says gives her inner strength and confidence and helps her remember the big picture in life.

Stefany Araujo was born and raised in Venezuela. She has been living in Houston, Texas since 2015, which has allowed her to build and develop an extensive network here in the United States. She has great knowledge and experience in social media and marketing strategies.

Michael DeTerlizzi joins Nino Properties as a sales agent specializing in residential and commercial properties after a decade of coaching and teaching at the college and high school levels. Upon finishing his college football career and completing his Masters of Business Administration, Michael entered the coaching profession while still keeping his passion for business and entrepreneurship alive through various endeavors. Real estate quickly arose as a growing passion in his pursuit to build relationships and serve people in their buying, selling or renting journeys. The relocation process is something very familiar to Michael, having lived in seven states by way of new job opportunities or family moves over the years. After settling in Houston in 2019, Michael fell in love with all that Houston has to offer (including meeting and falling in love with his wife), from its diverse population, rich culinary scene and expansive, dynamic neighborhoods. Gail is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Spring Branch; later living in the Heights, Spring and Tomball areas. A graduate from Westfield High School, she went on to obtain her Bachelor's from the University of Houston Central Campus. While at U of H, she was a member of The National Scholars Honor Society. Gail later received her teaching and administrative certifications from The University of St. Thomas and attended Graduate School at The University of Texas Public Health School in the Texas Medical Center.

After college, Gail taught middle school history and later became a middle school administrator, serving as a Dean of Students, in Houston ISD for a combined 12 years. She left the education field to pursue real estate full time while realizing her special talent in assisting family and friends in finding their dream homes. She continues to be a resource for all her clients even after they purchase their homes, with money saving tips.

Her ability to tailor each client's goals with a market plan designed specifically for them while providing a full service experience, gives her a unique edge. With successful experience in selling residential and listing commercial real estate, her Designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert, gives clients the confidence in selling and buying with Gail and her team.

As a top producer, Gail was chosen as a Rising Star in Real Estate, being featured in Houston Real Producers magazine (December 2018 issue). She was also awarded into Intero's Executive Circle yearly since 2015 till 2021. In 2022, Gail earned her Broker license. Now with her team, they provide their clients with a top notch experience.

Serving and volunteering in the community remains paramount to Gail. She volunteered in India with the Maternal & Child Health Care Research Study in 2006 and received recognition from the city of Houston in the H1N1 Community Immunization effort in 2010. She continues local outreach activities with the Association of Hispanic School Administrators, an organization that awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors in pursuit of higher education. Other community activities include building homes with Habitat for Humanity, organizing blood drives for Gulf Coast Regional Center and donating lunches to the Covid unit nurses at Memorial Hermann.
