I received my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College in December 2016. I earned my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and New Home Construction (NHC) Certification in June of 2017. I earned my VA Certified Agent Certification in November of 2018. I earned my Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) Certification in March of 2019. I earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification in April of 2019. I earned my At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification in June of 2021. I earned my e-Pro Certification in July of 2021. I earned my Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS) in May of 2022.

Thank you for letting me share a few of my life experiences with you! Nearly one half of a century ago I was born and raised on a small farm in Rural Northwest Iowa. My mother and father taught my three brothers and I that hard work and honesty is truly the "secret to life". Although I did not truly get the full effect of those teachings clear back when... I sure do appreciate them now and promote the same "teachings" to my teenage son and wife and companion of 23 years.

Here is just a little about me. My passions include the outdoors. Basically ANYTHING to do with the outdoors! I love nature. I love hunting. I love fishing. I love hiking. I love the outdoors! After enjoying many years in Iowa I then spent the next 23 years of my life living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado above 9000 feet where a bear or mountain lion on the front porch were not uncommon! I currently am on a path to hike as many of Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks that my body will allow. Of 53 peaks I currently have 17 under my belt. My son has 9 and I am extremely proud of him! Real Estate is my Life and Lifestyle. I was told once "Do what you love and you will never work a day in life". How true. I am now entering into my 11th year in this Real Estate World and I love it more and more each day! I have learned that two things are very important to you as a home buyer or home seller. I will listen to your wants and needs and in turn follow up with communication! I truly promise that I will genuinely listen to you and will work tirelessly on your behalf to achieve your home sale or purchase. The entire time we will communicate, communicate, and yes communicate. I am very fortunate as 90% of my best friends I have met through a Real Estate transaction. I believe that says a lot!

After years of working in sales, I made a change to begin my career in real estate. I am now able to use my negotiation skills and my desire to meet client needs in order to best serve my clients.

I love beautiful houses, I enjoy seeing unique architecture, and I love interior design. I could spend hours on Pinterest scouring the millions of home decorating photos.

I am an avid reader, and since moving to Houston, I've read numerous books about Houston's history. I've learned about the growth of Houston from a real estate perspective, including the cultural, environmental, and financial factors that have influenced Houston's growth.

I'm also an active traveler and foodie. I love visiting other cities, other states, and other countries, meeting new people from various cultures. Since moving to Houston, I've been happily eating my way around the greater Houston area, from Indian and Italian to Cantonese and Japanese to Tex Mex and Texas BBQ and everything in between!

Suna Baba, combines her love for the real estate industry with her passion for design. Before getting in real estate business Suna has a bachelor degree in Architecture . Both industries formulated the path that she is currently taking in helping her clients with their real estate needs. Suna is a wife, and a mother of two beautiful kids, with whom she loves to travel and spend family time as possible.She is an active member in her community and church.

I became a Realtor back in 1976. Then again in 1985. Then again in 2017. So what did I do in the meantime? Good question. I raised a family, finished my MBA, and worked in the corporate offices with some of the largest oil companies in the world. And what does that have to do with real estate?
