Albert Allen is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. He grew up in a South Texas ranching family, graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Land Economics and served as an officer in the US. Army.
Albert is a past President of the Texas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. He has been involved in the appraisal, buying, selling and brokerage of real estate (primarily rural property) all of his adult life.
He specializes in rural land near Houston with his wife Debra.

A former physical therapist, Cristina, has always focused on providing a high quality of service to all of her clients. For her, helping people is a way of life. Her primary goal in every real estate transaction is that her clients will understand all aspects of the sale or purchase so that they can make informed decisions. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Cristina enjoys being around people from different multicultural backgrounds and is, of course, fluent in Spanish. She has volunteered for many years in her children's schools and served the school PTO board as Co-President in 2018-2019.
