Monica Wilhelm began her career in real estate in 2005 after attending the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston. In her first year, she dedicated most of her time in commercial real estate then acquired a passion for residential. In 2007 just two years later, she completed the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission and became a Broker. She is a devoted mother of one and her other devotion is her company. In 2012, she ventured into the Investment sector and has since remodeled countless properties that she has flipped and held on to for her rental portfolio.
