For this longtime Houstonian, real estate was just in her genes. Melisa Billingsley Herring learned and participated in the market with her mother who held a broker%u219s license before getting her own license in 2003. Before getting her real estate license, she worked many years in sales and marketing, including the petrochemical industry. Her outgoing personality helps her in marketing homes successfully and bringing buyers and sellers together for a smooth transaction.
Beginning at a young age, Melisa was able to travel the world and experience many different cultures. In fact, the first 10 years of her life were spent living in Southeast Asia. Her travel experience opened her eyes and created her love of different cultures, lifestyles and home styles.
